Casualties in shooting attack on bus south of Jerusalem

Several injuries reported • IDF to provide more information as it comes in.

Magen David Adom, Israel’s medical services, responded to the reported shooting at a bus traveling on Route 60 near Beit Jala, south of Jerusalem.

Several people were reported injured. Medics said they treated and evacuated a 12-year-old child and a 40-year-old woman. The child remains in serious condition.

The Israel Defense Forces said it learned of a shooting in the area and would provide more information as soon as the facts were known.

This is a developing story.
