We are extremely concerned about the Critical Race Theory ethnic studies courses that are beginning in California and throughout the country in K-12 schools. These classes are designed to indoctrinate our young children that Whites are privileged oppressors, responsible for all of society’s ills. This includes portraying Jews/Israel as colonizing “Palestine” rather than recognizing the eternal Jewish homeland. But this is not only a Jewish issue, as in this Marxist way of looking at society, minorities are instructed that the American system is stacked against them and they are victims of unfair American policies meant to keep them down.
Zachor Legal is pushing back aggressively against this discriminatory narrative, working with coalition partners and parents of these students.
TAKE ACTION: If any readers can send examples of discriminatory ethnic studies materials from their children or grandchildren’s schools to info@zachorlegal.org, we intend to initiate legal challenges once we have enough specific evidence of what the materials say and how they are being used.
